I ordered these for my son for Christmas. Because 15 days had passed I could not return/exchange them. We live several hundered miles apart. They were not what he could use and when he came down he brought them to me to return and exchange. GO FIGURE.15 DAYS AT CHRISTMAS.Too short a window. So now I'm stuck with a head set I cannot use and you lost a sale for four times the amount of that sale. AMAZON.I will no longer be your customer UNLESS you figure out a way to let me return this item WHICH HAS NOT BEEN OPENED.I also am relating my unhappy experience to others.
These are really great ear buds. The cord seems to be longer than others I have used. Bose.
Comfortable, easy to use, the sound is great. plus, when you go for a jog or work out at the gym, they stay in your ear. Included with the buds are different size tips that fit in your ear (3 sizes), if you loose your tips you can order a new set on line for under $10.00.
1. The bass notes and the highs will not dissapoint you. After all the were made by Dr.
Nothing is worse than lifting weights and the ear buds fall out. The cost is a little more, but the quality is worth it.
These ear buds are fabulous, they gave my old sony radio a new life. Ear buds are always difficult to get just right, but these fit very well and signifcantly improved the sound quality of my radio. On my computer they are even better. While expensive, they really are unbelievably good.
These overpriced earphones slide out very easily even with the slightest head movement. I thought that I was going to get a great product for my money. I tried from the smallest to the largest size and there was no difference. I was sadly mistaken. Cheaper earphones are so much better. I am returning this product for a full refund this week. What's up with the ridiculous white and black twisted colors.
Just one more thing to make coiling up your phones more difficult. The cord seems designed specifically to tangle itself up, much more so than my old apple earphones.
But everything else about them aggravates me, starting with the fit. They stick in your ear like a cork in a bottle, which is not particularly secure.
These Bose earphones sound great, which is the main thing, I suppose. If you're one of the 999 out of 1,000 people who takes their earphones in and out of pockets, pulls them through their shirt, etc, you are bound to pull the stupid silicone gaskets loose and they will be lost, rendering the phones impossible to use.
They have to be oriented just right before putting them in, and you have to choose between three (included) silicone sizing "gaskets" to customize your fit. The phones come with some clips and cords to assist in keeping them in their place, but these design afterthoughts do nothing except add to the tangle and bulk when you try to wind your cord up.
Also, there is a big fat plastic lump embedded in the cord, about the size of a kidney bean; I suppose it's some sort of resistor or something. The whole package just seems thoughtlessly designed in terms of everyday ease-of-use.
